Hotel management company Valor Hospitality Europe has been appointed to manage a further three hotels, taking its UK portfolio to 20 properties.

Valor has added Hotel Indigo in Liverpool, Ramada Manchester in Salford Quays and Ramada Birmingham City to its roster. The company said it has a “healthy pipeline” of opportunities, which it will announce in the coming months.

Brian McCarthy, managing director, said the company is “very proud” of the significant progress that it has made in the last nine months.

He said: “We are in the process of making a number of key appointments so we are adding to our team as well as to our hotel portfolio, which is fantastic for the business.

“All three new hotels represent excellent opportunities for Valor going forward. The Hotel Indigo in Liverpool is the first hotel we have managed under the Indigo banner and we are excited about working with this boutique brand and continuing our relationship with IHG.”

Valor was formed in November 2014 to manage what was previously QMH UK and in nine months the UK-based company has gone from managing 11 hotels to 20. It is an extension of USA-based Valor Hospitality partners which operates on the East Coast of the US.
