The Malmaison Hotel du Vin Group has announced its recently acquired Hotel Seattle Brighton will be rebranded as the Malmaison Brighton.
The 71-bedroom property located on Brighton’s marina waterfront, which was acquired in November last year, features a restaurant, bar and four meeting rooms.
The property takes the company’s total number of Malmaison hotels in the UK to 14, with work to add the brand’s “signature touches” expected to be completed in the next few weeks.
Scott Harper, COO Malmaison, said: “We are delighted to reveal that the Seattle Hotel Brighton will re-brand as a Malmaison. The vibrant setting of Brighton’s marina and wider Brighton and Hove area community is an ideal fit for our famous lifestyle brand. We can’t wait to get started.”
The Malmaison Hotel du Vin Group’s portfolio, which already operates a hotel in Brighton city centre under its Hotel du Vin brand, now comprises 33 boutique lifestyle hotels across the UK.
