Ken Hom to host dinner at The Feathers Hotel

Ken Hom, one of the world’s preeminent Chinese food chefs, is to host a dinner at The Feathers Hotel.

Scheduled for Thursday 13 September, Hom’s dinner at The Feathers will be the only one that he will cook in the UK this year.

The evening will consist of a Champagne and canapés reception followed by a menu prepared by chefs of The Feathers Hotel under the guidance of Hom.

Vietnamese spring rolls; steamed Cantonese-style fish; and warm mango compote with basil and vanilla ice cream are just some of the foods that will feature on the menu.
