The Hotel & Catering Show has this year teamed up with the Craft Guild of Chefs to host a Chefs Kitchen event, pitting contract caterers against each other.
Held at the Bournemouth International Centre (BIC) from 5 to 6 March, the event is entering its 57th year but this year adds the Chefs Kitchen, so guests can see Compass and Sodexo caterers battle it out live – commentated on by a specialist chef commentator who will explain the processes – and the judging will be from the 60 cover lunch made during competition.
The new feature comes as part of the revamped event under the new ownership of Surrey-based Evisstar.
