Rockliffe Hall’s award-winning spa has scooped yet another accolade, with one of its staff taking top sales person of the year.
Biba Jameson, manager of Rockliffe Hall’s Spa Boutique was named as one of the industry’s top sales people by Italian spa skin care brand Comfort Zone. She beat more than 300 therapists to win the four-day trip to Rome – enjoying the sites and spa and beauty seminars – which were attended by more than 500 professionals.
Biba, who has worked at Rockliffe Hall’s spa for almost two years, said: “I am absolutely delighted to have won, as I am very passionate about the products we sell and I hope this shines through when I talk to our customers here at Rockliffe Hall.
“My top tip for retailing is to listen, listen, listen. It can be so easy to assume your clients’ needs when actually they might be looking for something completely different.”
Rockliffe Hall’s 50,000 square foot spa launched in September 2009 and has become one of the best in the UK. Director, Liz Holmes, was named as the Spa Professional of the Year in and is now one of the industry’s leading figures, speaking at wellness events around Europe.
