New owners for Craiglands Guest House in Llandudno have been secured by property specialist Fleurets, after being on the market for nine months.
Debbie and Ian Richardson, have acquired the property’s freehold off a guide price of £350,000.
The Richardsons previously ran a bike hiring business which won them a ‘New Business of the Year’ award.
Debbie said: “We are very excited about taking over the reigns of this beautiful guest house and welcoming more visitors to this thriving seaside town.”
The previous owners, Gwynneth & Philip Skaife, managed the property for 12 years. They decided to sell in September 2016 so they could go into retirement.
Gwynneth said: “We have really enjoyed running Craiglands for the last 12 years, and now it’s time to retire, we are really pleased that Craiglands is going to a lovely couple like Debbie and Ian.
“We know that they are very hard working and that they will continue to improve Craiglands’ already excellent reputation. We wish them every success. We would also like to thank Fleurets for their friendly professionalism, and can’t recommend them highly enough.”
