Britannia Hotels fined £260,000 for food safety breaches

Britannia Hotels has been fined £267,451 for a series of food safety breaches at its Adelphi Hotel in Liverpool.

The hotel brand admitted to breaching the Food Safety and Hygiene Regulations Act 2013 following inspections at the hotel in September 2015 and March and September 2016.
