Cycas Hospitality has launched a brand new apartment-hotel concept in Bermondsey, London.
South Point Suites offers 101 studios and one-bedroom suites, all designed to offer the comforts of home for those staying in London for a long-term project, relocation or long holiday.
The location is ten minutes walk from both London Bridge and Bermondsey stations.
South Point Suites – London Bridge is the first independent brand in the Cycas portfolio and the brand has partnered with Bermondsey craft beer company Hiver, to offer Craft Beer Tasting experiences.
South Point Suites – London Bridge is one of four properties which Cycas Hospitality manage in London for Starwood Capital Group.
The company has six new properties currently under construction including Manchester and Amsterdam, adding over 1,000 units to its portfolio by 2019.
John Wagner, founding partner of Cycas Hospitality, said: “What we have created with South Point Suites is a home for our guests in London Bridge’s friendliest neighbourhood: Bermondsey. Our team are fun, friendly, they know and love the area.
