The King Street Townhouse hotel, based in Manchester, has revealed its new purpose-built gym and spa facilities.
It is located in a historic Grade-II listed Italian renaissance building within the upper King Street conservation area, the new King Street Townhouse Gym and Spa, which creates a “luxury wellness experience” in line with the hotel’s ‘no ordinary’ ethos.
The new facilities feature an immune-boosting Himalayan salt cave, a choice of spa treatments from holistic wellbeing brand ESPA, and a range of UK-exclusive facials from skincare and wellness brand Perricone MD alongside a new state-of-the-art gym facility.
The gym and spa were designed by EPR architects and are part of the THG Experience portfolio, including Hale Country Club and Spa, King Street Townhouse Hotel and Great John Street Hotel.
Viki Tahmasebi, CEO, THG Experience, said: “We are delighted to announce the opening of the new King Street Townhouse Gym and Spa. The carefully curated space touches upon all aspects of wellbeing to offer a place to unwind, recharge and fully escape from the stress of the everyday.
“Not only does the new expansion offer an elevated wellness destination in the heart of the city, but it also enhances our ‘home away from home’ experience for our hotel guests.”
