Margate’s Fort Road Hotel set to open in August
The hotel's head chef Daisy Cecil has collaborated with consultant Gioconda Scott on a menu inspired by late 19th and early 20th century female food writers.
Fort Road Hotel, located on Margate’s seafront, is set to open its doors to the public 1 August 2022 and will be run by general manager Tom Fogg.
