Everything Retreat launches in Ribble Valley

In this episode we speak to Anthony Hunt, partner and co-head of Corporate Real Estate at law firm Howard Kennedy. We discuss why 2026 may be seen as a pivotal year for boutique hotels, unpack the rise of global nomadism and how this is shaping demand and trends across hospitality, and how a strong team and clear, consistent messaging and offerings are key to securing investment.

Everything Retreat, a new adult-only collection of luxury lodges, has officially launched this month in the heart of the Ribble Valley.

Formed of 12 lodges, Everything Retreat is made up of the Signature Collection, comprising six identical lodges and the Unique Collection, where each lodge has its own “stylishly designed theme”.

Each lodge has a private hot tub, wood burning stove and a king-size bed with bespoke-made mattresses as standard. Bespoke-made products by local producers are incorporated throughout the space.

The property also operates a concierge service to “deliver on every guest’s individual requirements, no matter how unique”.

Self-catering facilities in each lodge include a kitchenette complete with Nespresso coffee machine, combi oven, integrated fridge, induction hob (upon request) and a dining area/breakfast bar. The lodges are fully stocked with utensils, crockery and glassware.

As well as self-catering amenities there is also the option to be serviced with a breakfast hamper delivered to your door, while a housekeeping service is also on hand.

Other lodge features include underfloor heating, a smart TV with streaming services, a private bathroom with a shower and a heated towel rail, luxury towels and linens, and toiletries supplied by Bath House, another locally made brand.

Free Wi-Fi and sockets near the bed come as standard, with hairdryer, wardrobe and luxury bathrobes also included.

Outside each lodge has a private hot tub and seating area with outdoor furniture for guests to “enjoy the views in comfort”.

Everything Retreat is also dog-friendly, allowing one small, well-behaved dog per lodge. There is free onsite parking for all guests.

The newly opened onsite bar will serve snacks and charcuterie boards. The space has an onsite kitchen and the owner Louise Monk has curated partnerships with local businesses who will bring a “wealth” of bespoke catering options from fine dining or ultra-healthy soups, smoothies and salads.

Plans for introducing health and wellness activities to the site are also underway. A versatile, new wellness space has just opened its doors to the public where activities such as yoga, Pilates and meditation will be available to guests, with treatment facilities under development.
