Cheval Collection appoints new feasibility manager

Cheval Collection has appointed Nikola Miljković as its new feasibility manager.

Miljković joins Cheval Collection from HVS, where he was a senior associate, with previous experience at the Conrad St James in London and Croatian hotel group HUP Zagreb.

He is a graduate of the masters programme at the Glion Institute of Higher Education, where he specialised in hotel development and finance.

The company, which operates its serviced apartments in London and Edinburgh, opened its first property outside the UK earlier this year, in Dubai, under its strategy of global growth through management contracts.

Miljković said: “It’s an exciting time to join Cheval Collection, with the launch of MY Locanda last year and growth in Europe and the Middle East and I am looking forward to working towards our ambitious goals.

Serviced apartments have risen in prominence in recent years and investors are looking to us to help them diversify their portfolios. The economic environment is challenging, with high interest rates, but we are able to be creative and help get deals done.”

Daniel Johansson, director of development and acquisitions, Cheval Collection, added: “We are thrilled that Nikola has joined the team as we look to meet the growing demand for luxury serviced apartments around the world.

“I look forward to drawing on his expertise as our pipeline builds. Our decades of experience in the serviced apartment sector mean that investors and developers are being drawn to our proven ability to deliver a high-quality product with limber operations.”
