The Old Stocks Inn in has been brought to market with offers in excess of £3m sought.
The Grade II listed refurbished boutique hotel is located in the market square of Stow-on-the-Wold. The “beautifully restored” hotel comprises 16 ensuite bedrooms, an award-winning restaurant, bar, cocktail lounge, private dining room, split level garden patio with outdoor seating, car park and staff house.
The hotel underwent a comprehensive refurbishment in 2015, with each room “individually crafted and thoughtfully designed” to enhance and preserve the original features.
It holds a 5-star AA rating and is the second highest rated hotel on TripAdvisor in the Cotswolds.
