Highland Hotel sold to Buxani Group
Following the sale, the hotel will be managed by Bangkok-and UK based hotel company, Compass Hospitality
Coast and Country Collection has sold Highland Hotel to Singapore’s Buxani Group. Following the sale, the hotel will be managed by Bangkok-and UK based hotel company, Compass Hospitality.
Set on a 2.2-acre site in the spa town of Strathpeffer, Inverness, which is a popular tourist destination and gateway to the NC500 touring route, the hotel features 134 bedrooms and a bar and restaurant.

The Scottish Highlands remain a key tourist market with strong buyer demand and the hotel is ideally positioned to capture the steady leisure and coach business.
“The hotel is one of the 33-assets put to market as part of the Coast and Country Portfolio. The properties have received very strong interest to date, and a very limited number of these assets remain available, so we invite any interested parties to get in touch.”
