Andaz London has announced the appointment of chef Allwyn Dias as its new executive sous chef.
Dias brings 18 years of experience in fine dining and catering having worked in The Savoy, Claridge’s and as hotel head chef at Renaissance Hotel, Florida.
Chef Dias will work closely with recently appointed head chef, Pedro Costa, in the hotel’s Eastway Brasserie.
Diassaid: I’m incredibly excited to be joining the talented team at Andaz London and contributing my passion, skills and expertise to the kitchen. I will be supporting the head chef with his drive for high standards of excellence, innovation and guest experiences in the restaurant, whilst embracing the opportunity to learn more and grow within the Hyatt brand.”

Offering seating for 68 covers, Eastway Brasserie is both a location for dining and entertainment, with musicians regularly performing at the restaurant.
