Stapleford Park has announced the appointment of Simone Arcucci to hotel manager to lead the luxury hotel’s business of 110 staff.

Arcucci has been a stalwart at Stapleford Park working as the operations manager since 2015 and has been responsible for a number of initiatives such as significantly improving the hotel’s guest satisfaction and increasing hotel revenue all of which has helped to raise the hotel’s profile in recent years.

Originally from Capri, Arcucci’s upbringing was grounded in hospitality as he grew up working in his family’s restaurant business. His passion for hospitality has seen him garner over 20 years of expertise working in a range of globally recognised hotels such as Mandarin Oriental, Hyde Park; Melia Hotel, Milan and Rocco Forte Hotels throughout Europe.

Arcucci said: “I’m delighted at this appointment. Stapleford Park enjoys a reputation of one of the of England’s finest stately homes and that’s through the sheer hard work of our committed team.  We’re constantly evolving to deliver a better experience for all our guests and I look forward to leading the team to even more success.

Stapleford Park is located on the borders of Leicestershire and Rutland, with 55 rooms and suites and a range of facilities including croquet, pétanque, miniature golf and giant chess. Guests also have access to the hotel’s swimming pool, gymnasium, tennis courts and Jacuzzi.
