RE Capital UK has brought to market its Ruby Stella Hotel in Farringdon, London, for offers in the region of £50m.
Located on Eyre Street Hill, the Ruby Stella Hotel is in close proximity to the Farringdon Elizabeth Line (Crossrail) Station. The purpose-built freehold property benefits from “exceptional” connectivity, linking it directly to London’s financial districts, major airports and key leisure destinations.
The hotel officially opened to guests on 25 November 2024, offering 153 contemporary en-suite bedrooms and a “vibrant” ground-floor communal space, including a restaurant, bar and courtyard terrace.
The property also boasts an ‘Excellent’ BREEAM rating, an EPC rating of A6, and ESG-aligned features such as air source heat pumps and reduced CO2 emissions by over 35%.
Luke Dhanoa, head of UK asset management at RE Capital, said: “The Ruby Stella Hotel reflects RE Capital’s dedication to delivering high-quality, sustainable assets in prime urban locations. Its lean luxury design and unparalleled location in Farringdon create a compelling opportunity for discerning investors.”
Richard Dawes, director at Savills, added: “Savills is proud to be handling the sale of the Ruby Stella Hotel. This is a unique opportunity to acquire a purpose built, high-quality freehold asset in one of London’s most dynamic locations.
“The property’s exceptional sustainability credentials, coupled with a long-term lease to an institutionally trusted operator, make it an attractive proposition for investors looking for long-term index-linked income and capital growth potential.”
