Millennium Hotels and Resorts (MHR) has announced that Manchester’s The Lowry Hotel has officially joined its portfolio as part of the Leng’s Collection.
Situated on the banks of the River Irwell, the five-star hotel offers 165 spacious rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows and hand-picked furnishings.
The Lowry Hotel also consists of The River Restaurant and Bar, a spa, and a number of “state-of-the-art” event spaces.
According to MHR, the Leng’s Collection encapsulates “the unique charm of each destination through distinctive architecture, décor and unique local flair”.
Vicky Marshman, general manager of The Lowry Hotel, said: “Joining Millennium Hotels and Resorts as part of the Leng’s Collection is an incredible opportunity for The Lowry Hotel. This partnership allows us to further elevate our mission of creating authentic, inspirational moments for our guests, while leveraging MHR’s expertise and global reach.
“We are excited to continue delivering the warm, inclusive, and intuitive service that makes The Lowry Hotel truly iconic.”
Christophe Cialdella, VP of operations and owner’s representative of Europe and UK at Millennium Hotels and Resorts, added: “The Lowry Hotel perfectly encapsulates what the Leng’s Collection represents: individuality, elegance, and a strong connection to its surroundings. Its reputation as Manchester’s favourite hotel and its commitment to exceptional guest experiences make it a natural fit for our portfolio.
“We are thrilled to welcome The Lowry Hotel into the MHR family and look forward to supporting its continued success.”
