Brighton’s Hotel Una is being brought to market off a guide price of £3.7m.
The boutique hotel, situated in the heart of Brighton, the hotel was converted from a regency townhouse in 2005 and offers 20 individually designed bedrooms and suites, a conference room, bar and spa rooms.
Described as a “stylish combination of old and new”, as well as industrial and traditional, the property has retained many historical features, including the old fashioned lift which dates back to the 1930s.
Nick Earee from Fleurets, who is handling the sale, said: “Hotel Una is one of the city’s most desirable hotels and winner of many prestigious awards. Independently owned, the current owners are only selling as they are leaving the UK to return to their original country due to family circumstances.”
