Blanch House Hotel, an award-winning AA 3 Star seaside town house hotel in Brighton, has been brought to the market for a price of £1.8m.

The boutique hotel occupies a “substantial” Grade II listed Georgian town house located close to the seafront in the heart of Kemp Town, close to all the local cafes, bars and restaurants.

The hotel is arranged over three floors and retaining many original period features and comprises 12 en-suite guest bedrooms, a residents’ lounge/champagne and cocktail bar, and a restaurant which is also utilised as a function room for hosting weddings, private dining events, celebrations and business functions.
