Two self-contained holiday apartments in central Kendal, Cumbria, known as Kendal Highgate Apartments, have been brought to market for an asking price of £549,500.
The “luxury” property is located on the main shopping street, and comprises two separate units named Osprey Residence and Monterey Residence. Each apartment contains two bedrooms, a kitchen, a lounge, and bathroom facilities.
The accommodation, which is situated across the first and second floors of the building, features independent central heating, soundproofing and wi-fi.
While the apartments are currently managed by the owners, agents at Christie and Co, who are handling the sale, confirmed that third-party management options are available for new purchasers.
Kendal serves as a primary gateway to the Lake District National Park, which supports year-round demand for short-stay accommodation. The apartments are being sold in turnkey condition, according to the marketing agent.
Graham Wilkinson, senior business agent at Christie and Co, said: “Kendal Highgate Apartments offers a standout, turnkey proposition, with two self-contained luxury holiday lets in a prime town-centre location, presented to a very high standard and benefiting from strong year-round demand.
“Opportunities of this quality, with established performance and broad guest appeal, continue to attract significant buyer interest. We encourage parties looking to invest in the Lake District short-stay market to arrange a viewing at the earliest opportunity.”
