The four star Radisson Blu in Edinburgh has been put up for sale with a guide price of £59m. 

The 238-bedroom hotel includes a restaurant, bar, conference rooms and leisure facilities, has been put listed alongside the Park Inn by Radisson in Manchester and the Quay Leisure Park in Glasgow.

The Park Inn comprises 252 bedrooms plus restaurant, bar, conference rooms and leisure facilities, and is being offered at a guide price of £20m.

The properties are available individually and equally offers have also been invited for any combination of the assets. The combined asking price is £132.3m.

Kerr Young, director of hotels and hospitality for JLL, the firm appointed to sell the properties, said: “This portfolio gives investors the opportunity to acquire not only a secure income stream with a great covenant strength but also a prime real estate in two key UK cities.”
