Otherland Hotels has announced the appointment of Jazib Husain as general manager of Otherland Galle ahead of its opening on the Sri Lankan coast.
The 66-room oceanfront development is the first international site for the Bengaluru-headquartered company.
Husain joins the business with 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, having previously worked across hotel operations, food and beverage, and business development.
The hotel is being developed in partnership with co-founder Emanuel Sidhartha. The property forms part of a wider pipeline of hotels, restaurants and beach clubs planned by the company across South Asia.
