It’s 2 AA Rosette dining room restaurant accommodates up to 60 diners, alongside Bella’s Bar and Snug which has 20 covers.

The hotel features stone walls, exposed beams and stone work and character features throughout the establishment.

James Greenslade, associate director at Savills hotel team, said: “Guernsey is an increasingly popular destination, attracting 8% more visitors for the first six months of 2019 versus the same period in 2018.
