The acquisitions include Westminster-based The Guardsman hotel opening in June this year, which features 53 bedrooms and six ‘exclusive’ residences. The site includes one, two and three bedrooms, living spaces, fully fitted kitchens alongside dining areas.

Alongside The Guardsman, Leicester Square’s The Londoner has also been added. The new hotel opens in June and compromises 350 bedrooms across 16 stories. The hotel also includes a tower penthouse with “panoramic” views.

It also features two private screening rooms, a spa, gym, nail salon alongside a barber shop and a variety of meeting rooms which can accommodate up to 864 guests.
