The former Tulse Hill Tavern in Brixton, London, is set to open as the Tulse Hill Hotel next month by the Metropolitan Pub Company.
Housed in a Victorian era building that dates back to 1840, when it was the Tulse Hill Tavern, the hotel will comprise nine bedrooms, a restaurant, private dining for 14 people, chef’s table and a bar and lounge area.
The renovation will retain much of the building’s original architectural detail including the original signage and copper lanterns, whilst the interior will feature design aspects such as wooden parquet flooring, wooden panelling and a 1920s bar.
Rooms will be available to book from early November.
