Cranleigh Boutique announces opening of four ‘high-tech’ suites

The Cranleigh Boutique in Bowness-on-Windermere has announced the launch of four new luxury ‘high-tech’ suites.

The Church Suites feature “intelligent controlled” lighting, music and video for complete control of the room’s environment, iPad control panels, electric blackout blinds, and air spa tranquillity baths, with the Fantasy Suite featuring a glass bathroom.

The hotel has said that feedback for the suites has been positive so far, not just from guests, but also from local business owners who see the unique offering as “extremely attractive” for the local area.

Owner Stephen Hargreaves said: “We are beyond delighted that the launch of the Church Suites has been positive. Creating something so different is always a risk, but we are constantly pushing the boundaries and looking to the next big thing. What we have created in the Church Suites has never been done in the Lake District before.”

The Cranleigh Boutique was also recently announced as the sixth most romantic hotel in the UK and the 19th in Europe, at the TripAdvisor 2015 Travellers Choice Awards.
