A selection of London’s leading 5-star hotels today launched a travel website on which they have been working in collaboration.

The ‘5ive Star London’ website was created through a partnership between Brown’s Hotel, the Dorchester,45 Park Lane, the Goring, the Lanesborough, Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, the Milestone, One Aldwych, the Ritz and the Stafford.

The website currently boasts 26 associated partners from the luxury brands community, including Fortnum & Mason, Paul Smith, Dunhill, Tate Modern and the Royal Opera House. It includes information for navigating London and an events diary for the capital, as well as photos and videos in a multimedia section covering London’s history and the techniques used to make certain cocktails in the hotel bar.

The site is aimed at customers seeking a luxury experience in the capital and is geared toward more high-end products and recommendations in the city.

Chief executive of the Royal Opera House, Tony Hall, said: “It’s wonderful to have this new website, especially for luxury travellers, giving them all information they need to enjoy London at its best.”
