Five-star London hotel the Wyndham Grand London Chelsea Harbour has been placed on the market following an extensive refurbishment.
The hotel, which overlooks Chelsea Harbour and the River Thames, is for sale with Colliers International. Its current owner, Wyndham Group International, is seeking offers of around £80m for the property.
Colin Hall, head of London hotels agency at Colliers International, said: “It is comparatively rare in London for a hotel of this scale and calibre to enter the open market and we are expecting strong interest from hotel investors from around the globe who will see this flagship property as an important addition to their portfolios.”
The hotel claims to be the only “five-star all-suite” hotel in London, and boasts 158 suites extending to more than 200,000 sq ft, as well four penthouses, marina-side restaurant and bar, spa and swimming pool.
