Institute of Hospitality announces line-up for World Travel Market seminars

The Institute of Hospitality (IoH) has confirmed the line-up for its hotel seminars at World Travel Market (WTM) at ExCeL, London from 5 – 8 November this year.

For the third year running the IoH is working closely with the event’s organisers to deliver a series of sessions for the international hotel community.

Hotel design, the future of investment and finance, risk management, customer service and marketing are just some of the topics that will be discussed during the sessions.

Amongst the panellists are Laurence Geller CBE FIH, Chief Executive Officer of Strategic Hotels & Resorts; Patrick Fitzgibbon, Senior Vice President Development, Hilton Worldwide; Sir David Michels FIH, President of the Institute of Hospitality; Robert Cook FIH, CEO, De Vere Hotels and Village Urban Resorts; Liam Lambert FIH, COO, Corinthia Hotels; and Vanessa Brady, President of the Society of British Interior Design.

Attendance at the Institute of Hospitality’s WTM seminars is free for all exhibitors and badge-holders.
