Trio of chefs raise more than £20,000 for charity

In this episode we speak to Anthony Hunt, partner and co-head of Corporate Real Estate at law firm Howard Kennedy. We discuss why 2026 may be seen as a pivotal year for boutique hotels, unpack the rise of global nomadism and how this is shaping demand and trends across hospitality, and how a strong team and clear, consistent messaging and offerings are key to securing investment.

Three exclusive dinners hosted by Michael Caines MBE, Paul Heathcote MBE and Nigel Haworth raised an incredible £20,300 for Hospitality Action.

The chefs designed an exclusive menu for the dinners, with each of them taking the lead on one of the courses. Among the meals served to the guests were wild duck Wellington, roasted halibut and strawberry mousse.

Guests of the Northcote dinner were also treated to an exclusive raffle and auction, highlights of which included the auctioning off of a day in the kitchen with two of the evenings’ chefs, which raised a combined £2,200.

Following the conclusion of the final night, Nigel Haworth remarked: “[It was a] great evening yet again. It’s been fantastic to be part of these three dinners with Paul and Michael and raise a considerable amount for Hospitality Action. Well done to everyone involved.”

Paul Heathcote added: “Working in partnership with Nigel and Michael has been a real privilege. I have had the opportunity to work with two great chefs, while giving something back to those less fortunate.”
