Kinsfolk & Co is a London-based hospitality management company founded in 2021 by Paul Brackley, former Managing Director of The Beaumont Hotel and General Manager of Shangri-La at The Shard. The company is developing a portfolio of luxury boutique hotels, serviced apartments, and restaurants, with a focus on sustainability and community integration. Their first hotel, The Newman, opened in Fitzrovia in 2024, with additional properties planned in Westminster and Valletta, Malta.
