The Independent Hotel Show is proud to announce the introduction of the first Outstanding New Hotel of the Year Award, alongside the Independent Hotelier of the Year award.
This new award expands the scope of recognition to all independent, luxury and boutique hotels that have been operating for three years or less but have already made a real impact on the industry.
Each entry must include a supporting statement outlining a clear commitment to innovation, customer satisfaction and how the establishment nominated differentiates itself from its competitors. In addition they need to demonstrate a track record for taking risks and seizing opportunities to both drive their business and support the industry.
The nominations committee for the award has been carefully selected from renowned industry experts to reflect the cream of hospitality, who will create a shortlist of the best entries to be sent out across the country to independent hoteliers for their final vote
The winner will be announced at a special ceremony which will take place on 30 October 2013 immediately following the first day of the Independent Hotel Show.
