The Bryn Meadows Golf Hotel & Spa has built a new function suite significantly expanding its meetings and events potential.
The function room features a reception room, bar, kitchen, washroom facilities and a private sun terrace, with the capacity for 300 guests for weddings, parties and conferences.
The expansion has also allowed the family-run establishment to take on 12 full-time and 20- part-time employees, which will include management roles, events-co-ordinators and service staff.
Gary Mayo, owner of the hotel firm, commented: “The new event suite will completely transform the experience we can offer our customers and we’ve been thrilled at the level of support we’ve received from our HSBC relationship manager, Joel Dunning, who has created a tailored finance plan for this expansion.”
HSBC which provided a funding package for the work, said: “With more than 40 years’ experience in the hotel industry, Gary and his family have helped Bryn Meadows go from strength to strength since the business was formed in 1973.”
