Hotel Du Vin Exeter appoints new general manager
Replaces previous GM Guillaume Lesage
Fiona Dardé has been appointed as the general manager of Hotel Du Vin in Exeter, replacing previous GM Guillaume Lesage.
Dardé will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the hotel and will oversee the development of the team as well as driving sales forward within the local market.
She has over 15 years of experience as a general manager, three of which as an area general manager.
Dardé said: “I’m so pleased to be joining the Hotel du Vin team. [It] is a fantastic hotel, with its wonderful charm and personality and a great team. I can’t wait to welcome our guests as we look forward to many exciting opportunities throughout 2018.”
Nick Halliday, chief operating officer at Hotel du Vin, said: “Fiona brings a wealth of experience with her to Hotel du Vin Exeter, one of our newest hotels. We’re delighted to welcome her to our team and seeing the hotel flourish under her leadership.”
