A fire has broken out at the Hambledon House hotel in Surrey, damaging at least 90% of the property.
The Mirror reported that firefighters are tackling the fire and have rescued one person.
South East Coast Ambulance Service also confirmed that two people were taken to hospital with “serious but non-life threatening conditions”.
A spokesman for the fire service said: “We were called at around 9.45am this morning to a fire at a property in Vann Lane, Hambledon.
“Eight fire engines were sent and we are currently on site dealing with a fire on the third floor and roof, and one person has been rescued.”
The cause of the fire is currently unknown.
