The East Beach Hotel, located at the Royal Parade in Eastbourne has been brought to the market with an asking price of £2.19m. 

The period hotel which is built for purpose houses 32 guest bedrooms, 2 self-contained studios and a staff bedroom, as well as a  4-bedroom private owners’ apartment. 

It is situated on 17,222 sq ft of land and has a dining hall for guests as well as a sun lounge. The property is in close proximity to the town’s beach and 700 yards from Eastbourne Pier. 

It also offers easy access to tourist destinations such as Hastings and Brighton.

The hotel is offered on a ‘Virtual’ Freehold basis (999-year lease).
