Accor has announced the signing of three new UK properties, Mercure Bredbury Hall, Mercure Dumfries and Ibis Styles Romford.
The Mercure Bredbury Hall Hotel is a 149-bedroom hotel which is set to undergo a full refurbishment and will be brought into the Accor family in Q4.
Meanwhile, the 60-bedroom Mercure Dumfries will open in partnership with Splendid Hospitality Group in the first half of 2022.
However, the 125-room Ibis Styles Romford, signed with Romford South Limited, could open as early as later this year.
The opening of these hotels will also continue to generate job opportunities and invest in local communities across the country.
Philip Lassman, VP development, Accor Northern Europe, said: “The strength of our non-standardised and conversion brand portfolio such as the Mercure and ibis Styles brands, are attractive solutions for owners seeking global weight and local appeal.
“Our powerful range of specialised offerings help boost revenue, optimise costs and maximise return on investment, bringing expertise and support to hoteliers in areas such as distribution, loyalty programming, purchasing, technology, sales, marketing and sustainability programs.
He added: “We are proud our continued strength is enabling us to further develop projects in the UK with great partners.”
