The Belfry Hotel and Resort has been acquired by Goldman Sachs Asset Management and Cedar Capital Partners from KSL Capital Partners for an undisclosed sum.
The Belfry Hotel and Resort is located in Royal Sutton Coldfield, North Warwickshire. The resort is home to 319 bedrooms and suites, and several restaurants and bars, including Ryder Grill and The Brabazon Bar.
It is also home to events and meeting spaces, a leisure club, and The Belfry Spa, which offers guests the hotel’s famous Fire and Ice Experience.
The hotel has three golf courses, including The Brabazon and The PGA National, which have previously hosted The Ryder Cup four times and 19 European Tour events.
