Previously, Noone has held the position of assistant head concierge at The Connaught Hotel, and as desk concierge for The London Hilton on Park Lane.

The Stafford London hotel has announced the appointment of Alan Noone as executive head concierge. In his new role, Noone will lead the hotel’s concierge team to bring local knowledge and “insider experiences” for guests.

He joins The Stafford London from the Berkeley Hotel, where he was head concierge for the last 13 years.

With management skills and more than 25 years of experience working in the five star hotel industry in London, Noone has spent 20 years as an affiliate member of Les Clefs d’Or.

He has also previously held London positions as assistant head concierge at The Connaught Hotel, and as desk concierge for The London Hilton on Park Lane.

Additionally, in 2019 he was recognised as UK Concierge Of The Year at the Catey Awards, and was twice awarded Employee Of The Year whilst working for the Maybourne Hotel Group.

Stuart Procter, COO of the Stafford Collection, said: “We are delighted to welcome Alan to the team at The Stafford London. The hotel is renowned for the expertise of our concierge team, and I have no doubt that Alan will enable us to continue to do what we do best.

“As UK Concierge of the Year, Alan brings with him vast industry experience and, coupled with a strong set of values, he will be an incredible asset to us.”

Noone added: “I am very much looking forward to joining the team at The Stafford London.

“I strongly believe a hotel concierge operation should be a benchmark for customer service. To work in this storied hotel in one of the most exciting cities in the world, and to continue to offer a level of service that goes above and beyond, is something that I am hugely excited to be a part of.”
