Independent hotel management company RBH has appointed Gregor MacNaughton as its new director of technical services.
MacNaughton, who was named one of the company’s ‘rising stars’, joins the company’s executive committee having previously worked as group capital manager.
After graduating from Glasgow Caledonian University with an MSc in Construction Project Management, MacNaughton first joined the company as the group property manager, role which he held for eight years. He then was promoted to head of property with Principal Hotel Company and returned to RBH after three years.
MacNaughton said: “To be given the opportunity to support the RBH Executive Committee is wonderful. I’m absolutely committed to ensuring we continue delivering successful key capital projects in order to offer the best value – and boost returns – for our owners.”
