The Newbridge on Usk, a 200-year-old countryside inn based in the Usk Valley, is set to open its doors this spring for the first time since the onset of the pandemic.
Operated by the Celtic Collection, the hotel was forced to close for a long period throughout the pandemic.
Visitors staying at the site can enjoy country walks, fresh air or fishing on the River Usk, as well as a drink on the site’s Riverside Terrace.
The Newbridge on Usk also offers a dining experience at its 2AA Rosette award-winning restaurant. Head chef Gareth Pembridge is said to “pride himself” on modern British cuisine that features some local and seasonal ingredients, many of which are grown in the inn’s very own kitchen garden.
