Available in rooms and allows guests to participate in wellness exercises, such as mindfulness and breathwork, in a space they feel comfortable, without the need for equipment. Les Mills Content can be integrated into existing technology platforms such as TVs with co-branding opportunities.

Available in a studio style setting. Enabling hotels to offer a 24/7 group exercise studio where guests can train at a time that suits them, with a wide array of classes available through the push of a button. Can be supplemented with specialist Les Mills SMARTTECH equipment.
