Rutland Hall Hotel and Spa has announced the appointment of two new Directors, Joanne White and Nicola Felton.
White has taken the role of managing director, with Felton joining her as director of revenue.
White joins with over 20 years’ experience in the hospitality industry after working across a portfolio of businesses from the InterContinental Hotels Group and DeVere, to the privately owned Horwood House Hotel.
Felton has over 30 years’ experience in the sector, working her way up in the revenue division at Hilton Worldwide before taking up her role at Coombe Abbey.
White said: “I’m a huge believer in investing in people and talent and am very much looking forward to working closely with the team to develop our collective vision of Rutland Hall Hotel and Spa becoming one of the leading resort destinations in the UK.”
Felton added: “It’s a pleasure to be joining the team at Rutland Hall, particularly at such a pivotal point in its journey. I can see the passion that everyone working here has for the venue and I’m very much looking forward to developing and nurturing this as I settle into my role.”
