Ravensworth Hotel sold to Inn Collection Group
Graham + Sibbald has led the sale of the Ravensworth Hotel, which is situated in the Lake District national park, to the Inn Collection Group with plans for the property to be converted and reutilised for staff accommodation
The Ravensworth Hotel has been sold for an asking price of £1.1m to the Inn Collection Group, which has already obtained planning permission to convert the hotel into accommodation for its staff.
