H&J Martin Construction has completed a £4.5m 59-bedroom Travelodge hotel for its client Henry Boot Developments.
The property is situated on a newly created fourth floor on top of an existing three-storey site containing offices and retail spaces underneath. Work involved the demolition of the original entrance and stairway to create a new steel framed front extension incorporating the new foyer, staircase and lift.
John McDonnell, director of H&J Martin, said: “The H&J Martin team are delighted to have completed works at Travelodge Bromley. This challenging project was delivered on time, within budget and to the highest safety standards for our Client Henry Boot.”
