Anthony Cox appointed GM of Norton Park Hotel

Cox, whose career history spans over 30 years in the hospitality industry, has previously managed hotels within The QHotels Collection

Anthony Cox has been appointed as the general manager of Norton Park Hotel, Spa and Manor House. 

This follows recent investments in the Hampshire countryside property to assist with repositioning the hotel, which officially launches the newly refurbished Manor House this Autumn.

Cox, whose career history spans over 30 years in the hospitality industry, has previously managed hotels within The QHotels Collection. He most recently led multi award-winning independent luxury hotels such as Thyme, Cotswolds and Danesfield House Hotel and Spa, Marlow. Prior to this, he was hotel director for The Vineyard Group

Norton Park Hotel, Spa and Manor House, is part of The QHotels Collection which has 21 hotels and resorts located across the UK. The restored manor house “seamlessly blends boutique chic with 16th Century character”.

Cox said: “I’m thrilled to come on board and take the lead in establishing a new look Norton Park Hotel, Spa & Manor House as a high-end four-star resort for both leisure and business guests.  

“We’re looking forward to introducing our refreshed manor house. It will bring a totally different offering to the hotel, with the opportunity to provide a real home from home for our guests who will now be able to reserve our 16th Century countryside bolthole exclusively for short stays and holidays with friends and family.”
