Preferred Hotels and Resorts has reconvened member hotels globally this month with the return of its annual regional meetings in Singapore, Miami, and London, alongside the launch of two new awards for hoteliers.
In Miami and London, individual hoteliers and their on-property teams were celebrated for “standout” achievements with the debut of the Preferred Best Practice and Achievement Awards and the first-ever Hospitality Leadership Awards.
This year’s gatherings took place at The Fullerton Hotel Singapore, Biltmore Hotel, Coral Gables, and The Londoner, bringing together hundreds of hoteliers from properties represented within the brand’s global portfolio.
The new awards were announced for the Americas and Europe alongside two special Hospitality Leadership Awards for two of Europe’s most recognised hoteliers. Replacing the annual Awards of Excellence, these awards “recognise this moment in time for travel and celebrate the outstanding achievements of hotel partners in recent years”.
