Stanwell House hotel in Lymington is set to reopen in December following a multi-million pound refurbishment.
The boutique hotel situated in the heart of the New Forest national park will open its doors to guests on 16 December, but bookings will be available from 1 December.
The hotel has 27 boutique rooms and three new dining options, aiming to cater for a variety of occasions, from an exquisite, fine dining experience to more casual dining.
The Samphire Restaurant focuses predominantly on seafood and the Salt Bar is open to all, with direct High Street access welcoming non-resident and resident guests alike. What used to be known as ‘The Conservatory’ now features a stylish cocktail bar named The Orangery.
Lance Bartlett, general manager at Stanwell House, said: “We’re really excited to be opening our doors and welcoming back guests to the hotel. This is the result of months of hard work for so many people and the last thing we wanted to do was to rush it and not have everything perfect for opening.
“We appreciate everyone’s patience and it has been great to see how many people are anticipating our reopening. We finally have a date to welcome people back and we can’t wait for our guests to experience all the hard work and money that has gone into making the hotel a luxury boutique for everyone to enjoy.”
Bartlett added: “We want to give a special thanks to the local Lymington community, who through these many months have been so supportive – we can’t wait to give back to them through our trademark Stanwell experience.”
