Adagio opens eighth UK aparthotel in Glasgow
The opening of Adagio Glasgow Central is the company’s second Scottish venture after opening a hotel in Edinburgh in 2017
Adagio has unveiled its latest aparthotel, Adagio Glasgow Central, which opened on 1
December 2022, its eighth in the UK.
The hotel design is inspired by Glasgow’s industrial history and offers apartments from £56 per night.
It has 162 rooms all with fully-equipped kitchens with dishwashers, coffee makers, kettles, crockery and cooking utensils. The hotel is also pet friendly.
Adagio will collaborate with final year students from the Textile Design course at The Glasgow School of Art. Students will be challenged to create their own version of the iconic rose which has been adopted by the city.
Three winning designs will be selected and placed in the hotel for guests to enjoy.
